What websites are popular among PHP developers?

I'm looking for websites that are full of open source codes for PHP as well as forums wherein I can ask certain questions about PHP. Websites for .net developers like C-sharp corner, asp.net, codeproject, codeplex are websites I often visit when I'm in desperate and dire need for solutions or if there's a certain concept that trying to learn. Sir/Ma'am if you could provide me with links it would really be of great help. I'm currently a student and I aspire to become a professional developer. Thank you++

For php: - www.php.net is the reference place for php. - www.stackoverflow.com, in its Php section is not too bad. - web2coders.com has a few free php scripts that can be valuable. For the other codes (C#, asp, .net), sorry: I refuse to dwell in these fields: these are all MS products.
