How To Fill Omr Sheet?

How do I fill a sheet in Microsoft word with my own design of Address Label?

  • Hello there! I just created an address label using photoshop, now I'll like to fill a page to print them using Microsoft word, I've never use that program to do that, but many people have told me that is the best way to print address labels... I was following this instructions: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/word/HA011269731033.aspx but it show how to fill it with your own info et, I want to fill the template with the design I created (JPG) My label is Green and it has other colors, when I tried printing them at Painshop , it look perfect in the template, but when they were printing all the labels were like moved, they were not filling the whole label like they are supposed to, this is a picture to show what I mean : http://img119.imageshack.us/my.php?image=dsc00457copyuz2.jpg , please look at it. :) ALso is there any tool that "Auto fill" the sheet for me so I don't have to copy and paste 30 times ? My address labels are Avery 8160 (30/sheet) Thanks in advance! :)

  • Answer:

You can do what you want, but not in Word (and probably not in any ready-made program). I've done that in Crystal Reports (using a "watermark" for the fixed portions and in VB and other languages, but your best bet, if you don't want to learn programming, would be to look at the programs Avery supplies for printing on their label sheets.
