How to install plugins in compiz?

Am new to ubuntu, i want to make it very graphical interface, so i installed compiz but it has very limited effects, there is no fire plant option or snow. I want all this, i also want 3d desktop cube, i enabled cube but its not that 3d, i found plugins but i dont know how to install it so it shows in compiz interface
