How to use empty titles for buttons on the ApplicationBar?

How do I combine flash and video objects? Is it in premiere? in flash?

  • I would like to combine 10-20 video clips together and create titles over them to use as a web commercial. The video should probably be a flash swf file and should have playback functions (control buttons like youtube). I can edit the clips in premiere- but I am confused where to go from there. I want there to be music and a voiceover. Do I simply import a file into flash and add the playback functions and call it good? Are there online tutorials about how to do this? I want it to be flash sop I can have the play and pause buttons and the smaller file size but I am concerned that the sound will get out of sync. Is there a function in premiere to do this and export the final piece as a swf file? I guess I want to know how youtube came up with their system - but most sites regarding this issue are trying to get you to purchase a wizrd software piece. I bought the complete adobe cs3 package so I have all the software. I have done enough editing but it how do i create a piece for web only??? Please expalin each step clearly and carefully and/or point to some succinct online tutorials. 10 points to the best answer! Thank you :)
