Is there any other way to make a flash website?

Okay, Im pretty sure ther isnt but anyways... is there any way to make a flash website other than in flash professional, and i mean a real flash website not a website that makes you a website...

There is an alternative to Flash and it's called Swish. It has been going for a number of years now and may be what you are looking for. I used it a number of years ago and it made it very easy to create a flash animation. I'm pretty sure they have brought it on alot and it will do everything you need. Worth a look

It is generally considered bad practice to make your whole website out of flash. HTML/Javascript can do the exact same things as flash, and everyone's browser can load them, and they're a lot quicker.
