When does Future Shop have their sales?

Building an Application for a barber shop.. should I build it on C# or JAVA ?

I'm going to make an application for the BARBER shop, that will keep track of the daily sales, revenue, bill generation, customers info and their history so that in the future we can recognize them whenever they visit the shop !! Kindly suggest me, whether this app should be implemented in C# or Java !! I'm less experience in both of them, but have the strong basis of programming and OOP ! Kindly suggest me which language would be easy for me to implement my app, as I have one month time in which I have to learn the syntax and build the app as well! Thanks in advance !

Java would allow you to interface to both Windows and Mac platforms. C# has slightly more power. Will you need it? Probably not
