How to make my website easier for users to add things to?

I own a website (www.cheatfuel.com) where i want users to upload cheats. the problem is, i can only make it so they can add cheats to games I have already added cheats to, which means i would need to add every game in the world so people could add cheats to whatever game they wanted. I'm using PHP code, any idea of what sort of code i should use to make it that a user could add a game title and then a cheat? Thanks!

I see your dilemma. I develop websites as well. How are you creating each page? Are you physically editing and creating a .html or .php for each game?
