Where to start Transcoding with FFMPEG?

FFmpeg conversion problem?

  • Cant get the video on my site to convert properly. Instead of converting to a smaller size (950 KB Video format wmv after conversion becomes 2.36 MB) Had my server (Hostgator) reistall my FFmpeg software and I put the site on another server. Works on another server however not on my own. Any ideas? My apache error log is below if that helps.. Thanks in advance.
