FFMPEG Automated Video Convert?

Hello everyone, I am wondering if there is a program available that can automatically detect new video files in a certain folder which would then be automatically converted. Basically, what I want is a program that will monitor a folder. When that folder receives a new video, I'd like it to automatically start ffmpeg and convert the file from avi to flash flv format. In a nuteshell I want the process of video conversion to be completely automized. I know this is possible; I am just trying to find the program. Regards, Dave
