Can I make an interactive pet that moves completely free?

If not what can I make and how. Please help. Me and my friend made a website and we'd like to create our own adoptables all by ourselves any ideas? All help will be appreciated

Don't work harder, work smarter. If you truly want to create such a service, study some computer science and learn some tight algorithms that fit the situation. It will save you hundreds of hours down the line, and will also open your mind up to thinking more logically, which you will no doubt need to succeed in this project. I'm really not trying to deter you guys, you sound admirable, but you should know that HTML/XHTML is nothing compared to programming languages. Those are like ants to humans there. :)
