Meta tags in Wordpress?

How get different meta tags on webpages without wordpress plugin?

• I have wordpress website that puts the meta tags at the top of every page (all the same) example html head title_____title meta tags ect............ but there is no option to put on diffferent pages, without a plugin and all in one put it to low in the page and all the other seo plugin as well i tried most. Also if you go to my pages not my home page all same meta are same as the home page, but a little further down is has its own meta tags that are blank that i can not get to. and i know this because i view source it and shows me what is going on. any help would be great.

  The only way to do it is use a plugin. You need to configure each post individually as you write it. There's a form area below the post when writing. You do not want all of the same title and description across the site.
