Answer:
Take a backup of your wordpress folder. Take a backup of your wordpress database. Then restore both of them in that other computer.

you must have some technical skills to shift the website firstly take the full backup of the site, then take a new server , make sure that it suits your script and DB (prefer a lynax server) then you have to configure your domain to the ip of the server and then install the script to your new server if you have any problem contact me
