  • Answer:

I am considering tht u know the directory to which the program is installed. Permanently delete it by pressing Shift + Del. Download Tune up utilities 2009 and install it. Clean the registry. Correct all system errors. Dont worry you just have to make a few clicks Tune up Utilities will do it for you. All the Best!!!

I think this needs some registry understanding. And possibly the best solution for you is to restore the system using system restore utility in windows and restoring the computer back to wheere you installed the program. Or if you have really good understanding about registry and the program folder under program files, you can delete the keys about that program in registry and help you. Moreover, u can delete the program folder by using Shift+Del from its main location. If it opposes you can rename the folder, restart the system and then try to delete, it surely will get done.. Cheers!!

The procedure to remove programs is the Control Panel/ADD/REMOVE(Programs).. === If you use the Start Menu(Programs)..the Program will be removed--however the Programs ICON might remain in ADD/REMOVE(Programs).. === A restart may or may NOT remove the ICON/ === The last possible measure is to use MY COMPUTER..System C:/drive..Windows or Programs..and actually search out the Folder in question.. But this usually means a Clean Re-install anyway.. Newer OS have System Restore..that may also be helpful..but there are situations that System Restore may not help.

Restart your PC and press F8 when it is turned on.. Go to safe mode... After you log in , Go to the program installed folder.. For an example.. If you are using windows means... C: / Program files / (Corresponding folder) Delete that... or otherwise Use Registry cleaner... Try this.. http://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download.html but its a free ware.. For your knowledge..
