How to open shockwave flash object file?

I downloaded the Shockwave Flash Object but I still can't use the sites that needed you to download it?

  • I tried going onto picnik.com and megavideo.com both the site asked me to download adobe shockwave flash object so I did just that... and the site asked me to download it again. I went into the manage add on, it was enabled. So then I went into internet options, then the security tab and I enabled some adobe add ons in there. I then restarted internet explorer and I went to the site again and it still didn't work. I have no clue what to do please help me

ok try this, 1- go there http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/ download and install ccleaner newest version, run it and clean temp. 2-go here http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=tn_14157&sliceId=1 and download flash uninstall utility, run it and restart computer. 3- after restarting run ccleaner and clean temp again. 4-now go here : http://www.filehippo.com/search?q=flash download flash player(ie) flash player (non-ie) and shockwave player, install them then try running picnic again. hope this helps.

Did you restart? make sure you aren't blocking/disabling flash object while browsing.

Just go to Google.com then type shock wave flash then click on the first link you see. But make sure you downloading it on Internet Explorer and not Mozilla firefox or anything like that. It should work!
