Is it possible to hire an 'expert' to monetise (and help develop) a blog? If so where do I look please?

As simple as that, really. I not the world's best techie and have a blog of sorts (http://1966reunited.blog.co.uk) which, for obvious reasons, I'd like to develop and - as I think it's called - monetise. In simple language I'd like to make money from it, if that's possible, but don't think I have the patience (or technical knowledge) to do it myself.

Hi Bob, You need a CMS application and possibly a subscription extension (for charging people to read your blog posts) or a banner extension (for adding things like google ads - you get paid for the amount of times a banner is shown and for the amount of times it is clicked). For CMS's check out: www.joomla.org and www.wordpress.org Both are Open Source (meaning free to download and delpoy) and have a plethora of extensions / tutorials which will help you get started.
