How to speed up a wordpress function with multiple loops?

How do I get a registration function onto my wordpress site?

• I have a wordpress site which is a fashion based site with a forum embedded into one of the pages. What i want to do is to enable people to post stuff into the forum but I need some kind of way of allowing other users to register so that they cannot post to the "simple press" forum without having supplied login information. It allows me to post by default because I am of course the admin of the wordpress site but how would I go about allowing everyone to register as users?

  Hi, You can use available free plugins. I tend to use a plugin called Theme My Login (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/theme-my-login/). You just add a shortcode to one of your pages and then you'll have a register page.
