How to change icons on windows7.?

Okay i just got the theme in this video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qsL0r-lCJKM and the theme is great i love ti but i need red or black colored icons! How do i change all of my icons to be BLACK or RED! please help i need black or red icons. ESPICAALLY THE ICONS IN THE SUPERBAR(TASKBAR)!!!!!!!!!! THAT IS MOST IMPORTANT I WANT ICONS IN THE TASKBAR THE MOST!!
Answer:

Right click on the icon on the SuperBar, and right-click on the program that the icon is set to (it should be the top option), and select Properties. Under the "Shortcut" tab (it should be opened by default), click on the Change Icon... button, and select the image that you want to replace the icon with and click OK. If you can't figure it out still, email me and I'll make a video showing how to do it.
