What is xml based keyword search?

Hi there, i have a problem with the keyword which will be the topic of my search!!?

  • I have a problem with the keyword which will be the topic of my search!!, i am an ASP web developer and looking for an ASP web-based browser, which makes me able to enter the websites which are restricted by my sucks internet provider. of course if u want to browse from the host u are already use, then the Client IP address will be the same as the IP address of the host server. now, i dont know how to find this thing, i tried several times to search on the web by using wrong keywords, but no way, i get always unrelated subjects and results. so guys.. your answers will be appreciated, thanks !!

    I would suggest getting a new ISP. You wont find a browser that can bypass restrictions by your ISP, since they use your ISP to do what the do.
