What can i use to create a website at a very cheap price?

  • i want to create a community for girls like me so we can do so many things girls like to do like listen to music or read articles! so much more! i want girls to be able to join and have accounts, to be able to receive notes, etc!the thing is am a kid and in my country, we don't use credit cards or anything of that sort. I have decided not to go for a free website builder and want a website builder which i would be able to use easily and pay monthly with the credit on my dad's modem.
