How create effect when making a video?

Hello . I have a question to ask. I want to make a parody version of this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NyyqEgUffcA Well, I drew everything out. and it became a really long picture because everything connects I was wondering if there is any program that is easy to use that I can make this scrolling down effect as seen on the video. I have Windows movie maker..... Is there any free program that I can use to create that kind of effect? I don't have flash or other fancy video editing software........ T^T well.............. and just not scrolling down effect but the zoom in effect And by zoom in I mean the picture is long and narrow so it has to zoom up first in order to see the picture Thank you so much for helping me out
