How to get IE8 back? installed IE9 and hate it?

My browsers wont work! i need help, somebody!?

• I wanted some game cash hacks, so i went to websites and downloaded stuff i didn't know. Then i couldn't open up ie9. I clicked on it, and nothing happened. So i tried to uninstall it and use ie8, but i got lost. Right now i am using safari, which is fine, but i cant get sims social to work, and if it doesn't work, my mom is going to get mad. I installed firefox, and chrome, but when i click on them, it says they have stopped working, then it says its trying to protect my computer. I have AVG protection up to date, and it cant find any viruses. HOW DO I GET SIME SOCIAL TO WORK ON SAFARI!! HOW TO I GET IE* TO WORK!!!! I need answers, please help. I tried reseting my computer like a million times.

  Sorry to Deliver bad news but it seems like the Cash hacks you downloaded you didn't know it could be a spyware/rat please tell me what is happening with sims social then i can help further EDIT: it may be the browser you have doesn't support the game so you should try to go on it looks like your antivirus ''AVG'' is blocking firefox/chrome and maybe even IE so try turning off your antivirus and try getting on IE firefox/chrome then try loading up sims social hope i helped, good luck.
