I am a shaklee distributor and want to create an ecommerce website. I DON"T need shopping cart function because I CAN"T use it. I have to have them checkout on shaklee site; however, I want to be able to optimize my site and feed into different engines like google base. I tried Pro Stores however, I don't know how to get rid of shopping cart function and link to shaklee pages. Any suggestions?

You could probably use zencart or oscommerce for what you want. But you might want to research and make sure you're actually allowed to do what you want to do. I know for a fact googlebase won't allow anything affiliate, dropshipped, etc. The products must be your own or no go. http://www.google.com/support/merchants/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=188484 - look under Unacceptable product categories. But really - instead of going thru the hassle of an ecommerce site, you would be much better off creating a blog with wordpress.org software and your own domain and hosting and make a blog post yourself for each product. This can work really well.
