How to make a text box code HTML, that users cannot resize?

• I'm trying to add an open text box area to my website. I don't want viewers to be able to resize the box. I don't want a submit button even. The box is actually going to be useless. But I still want it in there. Any help? P.S. I'd also like to create a Java script popup on entry box. And I want to be able to choose how big it is. Or at least where the line of text breaks into a new line. Because right now, my line of text inside of the popup box seems to just break where ever it pleases. And I don't know how to resize the box itself. Thanks a lot!

  What web design software are you using ? Mine has under insert and option to insert a HTML code box and it is not re-sizable except from with in my software or hosting control panel.
