How can I get my website onto cPanel?

Is there a way to reset a website back to default?

  • So I registered a domain and all that good stuff with BlueHost; I'm pretty illiterate when it comes to this stuff, and I'm trying my best to actually learn how to use the cPanel and everything but I just don't understand. Anyway, I ended up trying to upload a website via iWeb 09 and I can't get rid of it now... I deleted some pages, but I messed everything up so when I go to my domain name, it redirects me to mydomain.com/something/somethingelse, etc. etc... there's like no way to get to my domain. Is there a way to somehow "RESET" my website so that it's as if I'd just logged in for the first time and work from scratch?

  • Answer:

Well, at the top of your page, there should be a button that says tool, click it and scroll down. Go down to the spot where it says internet options. Click on that, and a screen will pop up that has a list of things that you can do. A big white box will have a high lighted word in it. You can change the web site name so that it always opens up to your chosen site. Just type the site in. Hopefully this helps! ^-^
