Is there is any IDE for android that resembles visual studio for wp7?

i want a IDE for android that like VS 2010 for wp7. The IDE must be graphical and drag and drop controls like in VS 2010 for wp7. Can you name them. ?

Cyberduck is written in Java and developed in Visual Studio 2010, though it requires IKVM, an implementation of Java for Mono and the Microsoft .NET Framework, but it enables Java development in VS 2010. Eclipse is generally used for android development, i think there is some basic drag and drop functionality but its nothing like .net if that's what wp7 uses, thank goodness
