How do you download a template for Blogger?

What is wrong with my Blogger template CODE!!!!?

I copied and pasted it into the template code thing and it said: "We were unable to save your template Please correct the error below and submit your template again. Your template could not be parsed as it is not well-formed. Please make sure that all XML elements are closed properly. XML error message: Open quote is expected for attribute "{1}" associated with an element type "language". " What does this mean? Here is where I got the code from, both the standard and movable ones don't work! http://www.blogskins.com/info/283864 PLEASE HELP ME!! I LOVE THIS TEMPLATE!!!!! I REALLY REALLY DOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!

The Blogskins templates are awesome but I don't know why they are still using the old (oldest) classic layout templates which have been abandoned a long long time ago.
