Can You Take A Picture Out Of A Video?

Is it possibale to take a still picture from a youtube video, and put it on my desktop backround. If I can how?

  • I have this program on my computer that came pre-installed on the acer when I bought it two months ago call cyberlink powerdirectory it's for editing movies never used it before. think I could download the video and use that. I never downloaded a video or picture before is there a place I download it to and how do selecet a video once I ready to edit

    you could take a screen shot by pressing the print screen key on the keyboard if you are on a windows machine I don't quite remember the shortcut for a mac I haven't used it for a while but then you can open any image editor such as paint and paste the image, crop it and set it to your background. It might be a bit blurry though.
