How to develop native android app?

Can someone develop good appointment book app for android?

• I am an independent nail tech within a larger salon and would love to convert my paper appointment book into an android application. I've tried finding one in the android market but all are fairly complex to use and I need to make appointments quickly. I would love an app that would sync with google calendar, display x days at a time, allow me to set my work hours (different hours on different days),display hours with grid lines at every 15 minutes for quick viewing on a small screen. link contacts to the appointments I set, allow for repeating (every x weeks) appointments, text the contacts a couple of days before to remind them of their appointment, and allow for varying appointment lengths (ie a full set of nails takes longer than a pedicure) I wish I could develop this app myself but I have no idea how, I'm sure this app could generate a lot of income for someone who could develop it as all the nail techs and hairdressers I know would love an app like this. Salon Isis and Vagaro Pro are good examples of what I'm looking for but they're just too big (and expensive) for an independent contractor. I don't need to make appointments for anyone but myself.
