Image does not Display in custom Control using css and without css Both?

I want to create Custom control that Create Dynamic menu in Asp.net But problem is that i have css and javascript and images in my project for that custom control so how i will load all the stuff I have already added the These stuff(Resources) in my assembly Like following code and I have loaded the css but not display image from it [assembly: WebResource("CustomControl.background.gi… Customcontrol is my namespace So please help me
