How do you get your whole profile in a scroll box?

ONLY COMMENTS IN A SCROLL BOX!! in a Band Profile?

• THIS IS BAND PROFILE... I've hidden all my profile with black layers so I've placed the desired info in a custom way on those black layers... now I'm having trouble putting my comments in a scroll box. and I want to emphazise that I want the comment scroll box placed on the black layer that's covering the default profile. I already have the custom friends list so I don't need codes for hidden friends or stuff like that.
