How can i get back the deleted addresses of my address bar back?

If you have deleted from Tool>internet options>clear history then there are chances to get the addresses back Just go to C:\Document and settings\(some other name will be there according to your pc)\cookies and press enter In your cookies folder some notepad files will be there which contains the address of each page you visited. But dear if you have deleted from here also than you can not get it back.
