How do i add an image to WP-Showhide?

Hey everyone. Currently I've installed the wordpress plugin wp-showhide and I would like to make it feel a little more like engadgets press release system by having an image (button) users can click instead of the linked text. Does anyone know how I can add an image as a button for this plugin?
