Need help with a job application?

OK SO I NEED HELP WITH THIS JOB APPLICATION QUESTION :D?

  While I cannot be certain, I would say false.... although, depending on the job, it could vary. If you are in sales or some other position that requires a great deal of communication with other people, a quiet person may not have the communication skills they want. After all, a car salesman or person in radio advertisement is not going to convince anyone to buy a product if they are quiet and simply watch the customers walk away. Even the jobs that don't deal with customers or sales often require strong communication skills. Being quiet/reserved may imply that your communication skills are not the strongest. I am a programmer, but I often have to meet with other departments or people in my department to explain the progress on a certain project, determine solutions to problems, or convey other information. This requires a fair amount of communications skills (especially when meeting with people in other departments that are not computer-literate). On the other hand, if the employer is looking someone that only does simple and trivial jobs that require little to no thought or communication with others, then they may want someone that will just be quiet/reserved and stick to their job. I once had a summer job at a factory that often did and INCREDIBLY trivial task for most the day. Communication was nothing. They wanted somebody to stay quiet and meet quotas. To me stating you are quiet and reserved implies weak communication skills. That doesn't mean it is true, but that is what I think. I would say False in your question. You have a 50-50 chance and the other guy's answer makes sense too. Good luck.
