I need to pass Arabic parameter to a javascript function?
-
I am trying to do something like this: <select onChange="js_function(this.value);"> <option>الأنواع</option> It works fine in Firefox and the js_function receives the Arabic parameter (الأنواع) and it can deal with it. But in IE, if I try to alert the Arabic parameter inside js_function it doesn't work. Also tried to write onchange="alert(this.value);" but it also didn't work for me in IE. What can I do to make IE deal with Arabic? It presents Arabic fonts in the web page without any problem and that's the only problem. Thank in advance!
