Java script sucks... and it does not work... HELP ASAP?

My Java Script does not work, i have installed it numerous times and i have turned in it but still nothing? Hello, i was on a web page were i used to watch my movies. And it did not let me beacuse it said that i need t download the javascript or inplug does not work.. error. etc...So i downloaded the javascript and it installed. But it still did not work so then i went under my internet options under security to check if i turned the javascript on and i did. BUT it still does not work, i am troubled with this and hope you guys could help. THANXS a bunch in advace. ps/ i do have firefox thats why it seems very wired this to me ... i used to watch any kind of movie on the net. XXX specilay now i cant.

Answer:
i think you are confusing javascript and java they are two separate things. you don't down load javascript. you may need to enable it though in you browser options
