Does my website look professional?
-
Hey there, I'm looking for expert advice on web design. I've recently created my own website using the open-source CGI script "Opencart". Some of the template designs have been modified, modules have been added, extensions installed, and pure code has been written in. Up to now, i have not got all my products on the website although i have a few. My website is for custom designed PC's (desktop only, for now). I'm basically looking for public view/ opinions on whether or not it looks approachable, if you check out the website for me, please give me feedback on what you think should be removed, what you think should be installed, and what should be changed. The information on the website (terms/ policies) is not what im wanting views on. Everything else, including contact form. And just to be cheeky! ... Hi, If you want SEO advice I would join the blueprintcentral forum. The advice on there is pretty good. But basically for SEO you need to think about 3 main things. 1. Select a keyword to rank your website for in the search engines. This keyword should be relevant to your website, have a decent number of searches a day and have low competition so that it is easy to get your site ranked in the first place. You can measure the searches a day using Google Keyword Tool and you can look at competion (ie how hard it is to get ranked) using market samaurai (get a free trial). 2. Select a webpage to rank in the search engines. Include your keyword a few times in the text. And in your title and meta tags. 3. Build links to your webpage. These links act like votes and vote you up the rankings. Buying links is the easiest way to do this - see blueprintcentral or warrior forum. Use your keyword as the links anchor text 60 - 80% of the time. Just don't over do it. Adam

Looks good, could do with a bit more color, also not sure if you planning on doing this, but when someone chooses a chasse, it would be nice to see a picture of it.

It does look very professional. However it is very plain and boring looking just add some colour and you will have a real winner.
