Can someone help me find a study abroad program?

I want to learn the basics of HTML/CSS. can someone help me find a program to tech me?

  • i am looking for a program to teach me the basics of HTML/CSS. Up to date and with pictures and/or video, because plain text is to boring, my price is 0-$150 i don't mind free but i need quality. I would prefer to have a software program then to use a website where i have to click open links and that stuff. Thanks in advance everyone p.s. i home school and this is one of my electives \m/(>_<)

My advise is to dirty your hands dirty with HTML and learn it, otherwise you will never get the creative touch; For your budget i'm sure you could get a good book; if you hate books, go to www.w3schools.com/ for learning any language.
