How to Create a Forum where people Pay to use it.?

I'm building a website and wanting to have a forum where people pay a monthly fee to post. Yes, I know I can do free ones, but, I actually want to do a paid subscription forum.(hah, definetly no bots that way) I thought of using Paypal for the money transfers, but, I don't know where to start beyond that. Help?

I suggest vBulletin, I know plenty of people that are happy with it. though I'm not sure if that's what your talking about..
