What's the best way to design a website?

  • I don't know HTML or CSS. I assume I want to utilize a website template for designing purposes, then decide which registrar/hosting company to use. It seems as though Dotster & GoDaddy are the only two that offer website templates, but I've never heard anything good about GoDaddy. Any insight into this will be appreciated.
