How to upload new picture to Wikipedia page?

Can I just design a one page web site and upload the picture to the net?

  • I see all of the free web site design programs and stuff online. I sell necklaces. I was just wondering if it is possible to upload a picture i have made that shows all of my individual necklaces to the internet and use the whole thing as a web site. I am wanting to upload only the picture and have just a one page web site. I would then add some paypal buttons and let people just shop on there.

You can create your own word press web site. Its free and its not to complicated. You can also find web designers that will design you a one or two page site pretty cheap. If you are trying to sell jewelery online you can put up some pictures with paypal buttons but who is going to see it? You should have a site optimized for what you are selling.
