How to start a video sharing website without credit card?

I want to start a video sharing business but haven't credit card. upload feature is not necessary and embedding by users makes the goal. a free script that run on free hosting services (without upload feature and so no video hosting so ffmpeg is not needed) or a site like fliggo that enable me to create a video sharing community.

This may not be the answer you're looking for - sorry I don't know of any free video sharing sites myself. But if you are willing to spend money, you can buy one of those VISA or MASTERCARD gift cards. They can be used online just like a real credit card. Good luck.
