Answer:
Removing any of the following will break Windows and/or cause hardware issuses... Intell [R] graphics Media Accelerator driver, Intell [R] Pro Network connections driver, Intell [R] Proset for wired connections, Microsoft. net framework 1.1, Microsoft.net framework 2.0 service pack 2, Microsoft . net framework 3.0 service pack 2, Microsoft . net framework 3.5 se1,, Microsoft compression client pack 1.0 for Win XP, Microsoft plus digital media edition installer, Microsoft user-mode driver framework feature pack 1.0, Microsoft visual c++ 20008 ATL update KB 973924-86 9.0. 30729.4148, Microsoft visual c++ 2008 Redistribute- KB 2467174-86 9.0. 30729.5570, Microsoft visual c++ 2008 Redistribute-X86 9.0. 21022, Microsoft visual c++ 2008 Redistribute- X86 9.0. 30729.4148, Windows media format 11 runtime, Windows media player 11, Windows XP service pack 3. Modem helper MSXML4.0 SP2 [KB 973688] You'll probably want to keep these below, they will likely be progs and plugins that you rely on and use constantly... Adobe Air* Adobe Flash Player* Adobe Reader X [10.1.1] Adobe create PDF desktop Java 2 runtime environment, SE V1.4.2_03,* Java [TM] 6 update 22, Java [TM] 6 update 26.* *many websites and some games and programs need these to work properly. Microsoft plus digital media edition installer, Microsoft plus photo story 2 LE, Microsoft Silverlight, Power DVD 5.5 Sonic encoder, Windows IE 8 Quicktime Trend Micro titanium Internet Security, HP image zone express, Removal of these below is up to you... Dell digital jukebox driver, Dell driver reset tool, Dell game console, Dell support 3.1, Digital content portal, Web cybercoach 3.2 Dell, This is Dell bloatware...take or leave it Digital line detect...dial up internet tool that you likely don't need unless you have a digital or hybrid phone system such as PABX Download updater [AOL LLC], ...if you're with AOL you may want this, if you aren't-flick it Netwaiting, ...this is a dial up tool (like call waiting) if you don't use it or you don't have dial up, you can flick it. WildTangent Web driver, ...I think this is associated with a web based games site, getting rid of it won't hurt anything Musicmatch for windows media player, Musicmatch jukebox GemMaster Mystic...a game...up to you These below you can certainly do without, all of these are basically crapware, many I would consider to be spyware and/or borderline malware (toolbars especially are malware) are badly coded, a potential security and privacy risk and a system resource bloat and a general nuisense. I'm fairly sure you don't want to keep this garbage... Productools maps toolbar, Reference Boss toolbar, Windows iLivid toolbar, Windows Search qu toolbar: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_vista-security/windows-ilivid-toolbar-and-searchqu-has-hijacked/37891ac5-c3f7-4ef6-87b6-51dae8858ea5?msgId=2221c757-64b2-4f3a-9eea-5a33587616a0 Viewpoint Media Player, Soft 32 updater Install IQ updater These would be contributing to your system performance issues. I don't know these two below, they are possibly associated to programs you have installed and not harmful, so you probably can leave them be- Mit MathML Fonts 1.0. Otto. Run a virus scan using your own AV or good free one like Malwarebytes Free- https://malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free do a disk clean up and defrag your hard drive- Go to Start=>My Computer and right click on your C drive, select Tools ( might be under 'Properties') do the disk cleanup first, then the defrag I hope this helps you.

just uninstall programs that you know and dont use anymore. anything with toolbars can be deleted without issues. stuff like microsoft c++ and framework you need. java and all intel stuff. you can use CCleaner to delete some garbage data. http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/ it also deletes dead registries.

Removing installed applications does not make your computer run significantly faster. You need to be more concerned with what programs are actually running.
