What steps do I need to go through to make a simple website for free/cheap?

  • I'm trying to learn how to make a simple website for my uncle's restaurant. It's going to be simple and just include a few pages that tell about the restaurant and his menu. Thing is, I lack any of the expensive design programs to do so (Like Photoshop or Dreamweaver), so is there any free/cheap programs that I could use, and what steps should I take to complete this task? Thanks in advance!

    If you don't know how to design a website or don't have the funds to use photoshop then just google "Free CSS Templates" http://www.google.co.uk/search?sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8&q=free+css+templates and you will find loads of free CSS templates. You can also download a free 30 day trial of Photoshop and Dreamweaver. You can also go to http://www.w3schools.com/. They have really good HTML tutorials.
