You will need to know what makes a good design layout (graphic artist type of work), what is pleasing to the eye, what to avoid, etc. You will need to know HTML. You will need to know either ColdFusion, or Java (or JavaScript), or (Visual Basic or C-Sharp), or any combination of these. OR - I believe there are sites you can buy like a template to make your presentation on, but I've never used anything like that before. I've used HTML, ColdFusion, a little JavaScript, and mostly Visual Basic (trying to learn C-Sharp). VB or C# are for the "code-behind" to control such things as events like clicking a button, etc. Really, though - good luck with this - Hope you do something great :-)

Best is to use Ultimate Web Builder. It is very dynamic and flexible and very easy to use. You can create your own design with it. It has a built-in SEO tool to build traffic to your website and a lot more features, including e-commerce/shopping cart. You can get your domain name and web hosting there too.
