How To make a free Website?

I want to make my personal website for free with also domain such as .com, .net, .org but didn't find any solution. I have made a website(sub website of weebly). But I want to make my own Website for 100% free. How can I do this??

The closest to getting your own domain name free would be a .info domain name for only 99cents at a site like Godaddy.

You cannot get a top level domain name for free. Even if you could, the name would not belong to you (it has to be registered by someone) and could be yanked from you at anytime. You can get free hosting, with a subdomain - me.theirdomain.com but that's it.

You can't as far as i know your either going to have to buy the domain name or pay for the hosting and get the domain free maybe.

These opportunities are rare. At one time Microsoft was giving out such a deal. But it has been discontinued. So, without any profit your out of luck.
