Need code in Access using Now() format with time.?

I have the following code in access 2010 and I want to add in the format for time. Here is what I have which works perfectly but I need a time format with the date. DoCmd.TransferSpreadsheet acExport, acSpreadsheetTypeExcel12Xml, "DMV WEB DATA", "C:\temp\" & "DMV WEB-" & Format(Now, "YYYYMMDD") & ".xls", True Any help would be appreciated.
