How does Increment operator work in Java?

Java Homework -> Directions in need of translation?

  • Sure I could ask my teacher, and I planned too as well. I just woke up late, missed class and my chance -_-. So here we go, directions are as followed: We are creating exceptions to be thrown in a class that contains an array of objects for type int, string and class Person, all in one array. name of the array is AO the rest is below " A static method "search" must be defined and throws two exceptions you defined. if D is Double and I is Integer whose value is 25, search(AO, D) will throw a ClassNotFoundException and search(AO, I) will throw an ObjectNotFoundException. Also in your main method, try to search the following: Integer 5 Person “steve” 5 Double 42 Note: Operator "instanceof" can be used to check if an object is a member of certain class. Or the method getClass can be used to check the class identity of an object. You should also implement a class person whose member variables are: String name; int age; " I'm not totally lost, I think can create an array of objects, well I can do arrays, one of objects to include different types under one array is a new thing. with the search method, what do I put in the parameters? I'm guessin the first one is the array (AO), but what is the other one? I'd say class, but I'm so wet behind the ears. All I can come up with is search(Object[] a, ???) I don't want people to do the work for me, I just need clarifications, I'll handle the rest =/
