Have a .xls file that comes as an attachment into my Outlook each morning.can I auto export this to a folder?
-
I want this to auto save over an existing file of the same name every morning. I already have a Access Form that is timed to run the queries from this file but i want to automate the transfer from Outlook to a file on my C drive. Once there the access can pull it and run the reports with it. Any help would be awesome!!!

Answer:
I'm not sure that there is a way in Outlook to do this. Does it have to get sent as an email? If not there might be other ways to do it. Otherwise you could create a Macro for it using free Macro software. A Macro is like a recording of a series of keystrokes and mouse clicks. You could create one that does a 'FIND' in outlook and searches for that email, then saves it and you could have the Microsoft Scheduler run it at a certain time every morning.
