I want to learn how to animate in flash?

I want to learn how to make flash videos and games.?

• I am 15 and I am very smart and fast learner and designed my own html website, but now i want to learn how to make flash videos and games. I am very dedicated and am sure that this is something i want to do in the future. I need help getting started. I need to know what software I need, if any. Maybe some links to places that will teach me how to do it (that's how i learned html). If anybody know any place that would be helpful to me or have any useful information, please post. thanks.
