Is someone available to help me build a website(I have no prior knowledge) for a store?

I already have a host and the main necessary components. I haven't touched my website since and was using Joomla! before I gave up. Any other software is welcome as I would just like to set up a store website. Anyone willing to help me weekly or a few times a week via Messaging or Vent is appreciated.
